User Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions explain how to request deletion of your WylNxt account and associated user data.

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to WylNxt.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Delete account.
4. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.

If you can’t access the app

If you’re unable to sign in, you can request deletion via support. Use the in-app support channel (if available) or contact the support email shown in the app/website.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile information
• Data you entered in the app (loans, insurance, assets, etc.)
• Associated identifiers used to provide the service

What we may retain

We may retain certain information when required by law, for tax/accounting obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and security auditing.

Timeline

We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable period. Some backups/logs may take additional time to cycle out.
