WylNxt’s emergency access is designed to be controlled, not instant. You choose who can be notified, what they can eventually see, and how long the waiting periods should be.

If you become inactive for the period you set, we alert you first so you can cancel by signing in. Only then is your emergency contact notified and asked to verify with OTP.

That sequence reduces false alarms while still giving your family a path to the information you meant them to have.
