1. Acceptance of terms

By signing up for or using WylNxt, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What WylNxt does

WylNxt helps you maintain personal records of loans, insurance, assets, and related financial information.

The app also offers an optional Emergency Access feature. If enabled, your selected contact may request read-only access to the information you choose to share (a summary or full details) after a defined inactivity period, successful identity verification, and completion of a waiting period.

3. Emergency access – disclaimers

  • Optional feature: You can enable, disable, or change your emergency contact at any time in Settings.
  • Your consent: By enabling this feature, you explicitly authorize WylNxt to follow the emergency access process, including inactivity checks, reminders, notifying your selected contact, identity verification, and a waiting period before access is granted.
  • What is shared: You choose the sharing level. "Summary" shares only counts and totals (for example, number of loans and total outstanding). "Full details" also shares names and numbers of bank accounts, cards, insurance policies (including nominees), loans, assets, your documents, your secure note, and your last message to family.
  • Read-only, never login: Your emergency contact can only view the shared information. They can never log in to your account, change your data, or move money.
  • Fresh consent: We ask for your consent again when you enable this feature, switch to "Full details", or change your emergency contact, and we keep a record of each consent.
  • User control: You may cancel any pending access request or disable the feature at any time before access is approved.
  • Notifications: Delivery of alerts (e.g., SMS, WhatsApp, email) depends on third-party services and network availability and may not always be reliable.
  • No guarantee: We do not guarantee that requests, notifications, or access will be completed in every situation.
  • Not professional advice: WylNxt is intended for personal record-keeping only and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

4. Your data and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

WylNxt implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive information where applicable. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

For cards, WylNxt only needs the first 6 to 8 digits to identify the bank and card product. Never enter your full card number, CVV, PIN, OTPs or passwords anywhere in WylNxt, including notes and documents.

Card insurance and protection benefits shown in WylNxt are estimates based on issuer information and automated (AI-assisted) lookup. They may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm cover and claim terms with your bank or card issuer before relying on them.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WylNxt and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, delays in emergency access requests, or service interruptions. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

6. Third-party names and logos

Names, logos, and brand marks of banks, card issuers, card networks, and insurers shown in WylNxt are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to help you identify your own accounts, cards, and policies.

Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement of WylNxt by those owners. If you own a mark shown in the app and would like it removed, please contact us through the in-app support option or at support@wylnxt.com and we will remove it promptly.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
